The 12 week programme aims to provide safety, support and encouragement for women to strengthen their sense of belonging and worth, and choose positive pathways towards participation in all aspects of their lives. It is made up of 4 modules: 

Life Books: Enabling women to recognise and celebrate their strengths, abilities and achievements to build self-confidence

Empowering Women: Enabling women to recognise gender barriers and sexism and building their confidence to speak up and take actions for themselves

It's Your Glasgow: Enabling women to have a richer understanding of their local community and building a sense of belonging

It's Your Parliament: Developing women's confidence to engage in discussions about subjects of interest and importance to them

Service availability

May take place online where programme dates clash with school holidays
