The following are examples of the types of support and care we provide:

  • One to one parenting support tailored to individual needs and care plans.
  • Advocacy work on behalf of individuals ( short term, long term )
  • Parenting programs using Triple P, Triple P for Teens, Managing Challenging Behavior.
  • Preventative and responsive work with families, both adults and young people, on a range of issues.
  • Outreach and home visits providing practical and emotional support.
  • Flexible out of hour’s response, including evenings and weekends and holiday periods.
  • Holiday programs for families to provide fun and respite as well as helping to build positive attachments and relationships between parents and children.

Families and young people can access our services through the following routes – self referral, social work, schools, health visitors, other voluntary sector and statutory agencies, as well as internally via other staff members.
