Woodland Inspired Learning & Development (WILD) - Scottish Junior Forestry Award

We work with Primary and Secondary schools towards the Scottish Junior Forester Award for their students and becoming Forestry Ambassadors.

This award covers the many different aspects of forestry like:

  • Managing Risk,
  • Tree and Plant ID,
  • Woodland Habitats,
  • Habitat Creation,
  • Woodland Management.

It also includes learning about careers in forestry and hearing from professionals who work in forestry.

WILD can also deliver the John Muir award to your school where pupils will learn about tree and plant species, habitats, seasons, Scottish wildlife, climate change, conservation and loads more.
