Our groups consist of:

Wellbeing Wednesdays

Held on Wednesdays 10am-12pm, these are rolling 10 week programmes covering topics which include:

  • Physical and Mental Health
  • Assertiveness & Self-Esteem Building
  • Diet & Nutrition
  • Stress Management
  • Meditation

Feel Good Friday

Held on Fridays 10am-2pm, this is a relaxed, informal drop-in session with activities offered including:

  • Yoga
  • Reiki
  • Healthy Lunch
  • Seasonal activities such as Walking Groups and Cycling


We also offer one-to-one mentoring for those not quite ready for groups or who are socially isolated and would benefit from more focus, structure and routine in their daily lives.

This includes:

  • Support to identify barriers
  • Increase confidence & self –esteem and motivation
  • Encouragement to set achievable goals up to a period of 6 months
  • Leaving plan and a positive destination for the participant
