  • Counselling

We work to support both adults and young people with mild to moderate mental health issues  through client-centred and holistic counselling. We can provide support around many issues including bereavement, relationship issues, life changes, anxiety, stress and work/exam pressures.

We also ensure young people are linked in with other services that can support them and work with parents where support is welcomed.
