Our Wellbeing Programme includes a number of projects including:

  • PEEK-A-CHEW: Our community funded food truck that attends our community-based sessions to provide healthy food to the children and young people involved. Also with every ingredient box, we send out we attach recipe cards which aim to inspire and empower others to cook healthy with simple ingredients.
  • PEEKaboo Play Cafe: A weekly group for children from the pregnancy stage to 5 years and their parents, grandparents or any other caregiver. Come along and have a delicious lunch and take part in fun and creative activities. We also have tailored sessions designed to support children with additional support needs.
  • Resources: We also provide information about local benefits/payments and other support services through our news feed.

    RCA Trust provides free, confidential support for anyone affected by gambling-related harm across Glasgow and Scotland. We support people experiencing gambling harms, as well as affected family members and friends, through one-to-one support, counselling, recovery planning and groups. Self and professional referrals are welcome.
