Our peer mentors - trained volunteers who have lived experience of HIV or Hepatitis C, can help you work through some of the challenges you may be facing in your day to day life either through one-to-one support, peer support groups or over the phone.

They can help with a range of issues including: increasing your confidence and self-esteem, helping you feel less isolated, helping you disclose your HIV/Hep C status to friends and family and living well with HIV/Hep C and managing treatment.

    At the Past Times Group some play games such as scrabble and dominoes, while others come for the chat. We enjoy having tea, coffee cakes, and biscuits and the group is made up of church folk and people from the local community.
