This service provides advice and information for carers, such as welfare information or information around carer positive work schemes as well as support for them and those over 55.

Support can take the form of a support worker to talk to; mental health support and signposting; or weekly activity clubs that provide activities such as bingo, line dancing or exercise classes.

     As you get older it’s not unusual to spend more time on your own, particularly if you’ve lost loved ones or your health isn’t what it used to be.

    This is a free telephone befriending service for LGBT+ people who are lonely, isolated or in need of companionship and feel they would benefit from a friendly phone call every week or two.
