We’re here for:

  • Women and girls aged 13 and over who have experienced rape, sexual assault, or sexual abuse
  • Friends and family members of survivors
  • Workers with a service user or colleague who has experienced sexual violence

Our support worker will work with you to cope with your issues and reactions to a rape or sexual assault. You don’t need to tell us what happened, when it took place or if it was reported to the police. We’re here to listen without judgement and offer support.
