The helpline is open 9am-11pm on weekdays and operates a call-back service at weekends. We can chat through issues you are facing on the phone or via email/webchat We can provide information and advice around mental health and cost of living worries as well as worries around another's alcohol/drug use.

     As you get older it’s not unusual to spend more time on your own, particularly if you’ve lost loved ones or your health isn’t what it used to be.

    This is a free telephone befriending service for LGBT+ people who are lonely, isolated or in need of companionship and feel they would benefit from a friendly phone call every week or two.
