Scottish Asian Counselling Services (SACS) offers confidential, culturally aware counselling for individuals, couples, and families from South Asian and minority backgrounds. We understand the impact of culture, faith, and family on mental health and provide therapy in a safe, understanding space. Our qualified counsellors offer support for anxiety, low mood, trauma, family relationships, grief, and stress. Sessions are available online or in person, with reduced-fee options for those on low income. We also provide student therapist placements, cultural competence training, and community wellbeing workshops. Referrals can be made directly by individuals, GPs, schools, or community organisations via our website or email.
