RCA Trust provides free, confidential, non-judgemental support for anyone affected by gambling-related harms. We support individuals experiencing problems with their own gambling, as well as family members, partners and friends who have been impacted by someone else's gambling.

As Scotland's national provider of specialist gambling support, we offer flexible support across Glasgow and all other local authority areas. Our services include one-to-one counselling, family and couples support, peer and recovery groups, practical advice, and personalised recovery planning. Support is available in person, by telephone and online, allowing people to access help in a way that suits them.

We also deliver prevention, education and training to communities, workplaces and professionals to help reduce gambling-related harms and improve awareness.

Our service is free to access, confidential, and open to anyone aged 16 and over who is affected by gambling-related harm. Self-referrals and professional referrals are welcome.
