  • Employment advice
  • Employability skills

Our 1-1 coaching & employability sessions support people from BAME backgrounds who are unemployed or under-employed to improve their employment opportunities, build resilience, and challenge barriers.

We run an employability and life skills programme to increase access for BAME women who have experienced life challenges.

1-1 sessions can take place in our office, at a convenient location (eg local library or café), by telephone, or by video link.

For more information about employability support, or to arrange a session, contact Tracey Young, Training Co-ordinator, at or 07947 494070.
