The Family Wellbeing Toolkit offers a hollistic approach to promoting positive family wellbeing and for parents to learn compassionate self care techniques in a safe space whilst connecting with other parents through peer-to-peer support.

Our Family Wellbeing Trips are done in partnership with Hostelling Scotland and offers families the opportunity to see how beautiful Scotland is and get into nature, spending time together away from the stresses of everyday life..

Completion of the Family Wellbeing Toolkit and Parenting Matters courses may mean you meet the requirements to be selected for one of the trips.
