North United Communities - Family Support

Delivered by North United Communities
Note: this service is only for families and young people
  • Family Support

We deliver the following programmes on a case by case basis, tailored to the individual families involved:

  • Triple P programmes
  • One to one parenting support tailored to individual needs and care plans
  • Preventative and responsive work with families
  • Outreach and home visits providing both practical and emotional support
  • Programmes utilising a multi-agency approach working in collaboration with a range of agencies and organisations offering a joined up approach to meet the needs of those families who have been identified as being at risk of not coping, or only just coping.

We utilise local venues within communities and have a flexible out of hours response, including evenings, weekend and holiday periods to help make these sessions accessible.
