LTSB’s Business Programme supports ambitious 18–24 year olds in Glasgow who face barriers to accessing careers in business and professional networks.

The free, six-week programme runs part-time, three days a week. Participants take part in practical workshops, meet employers, build workplace skills, develop their confidence and gain insight into careers in business.

The programme is designed for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds who are looking to access meaningful, skilled careers but may not have the networks or opportunities that can help them get there.

After completing the programme, participants receive ongoing support as they take their next steps towards a career in business.
