Young People can access and contribute to mental health support in the following ways:

  • Kooth Magazine: A place where young people share their opinions, creative pieces and personal experiences anonymously.
  • Kooth Discussion Boards: Start or join conversations on a variety of topics including: Anxiety, Relationship Advice or even tips for relaxing after a stressful day
  • Kooth Goals: Set SMART personal goals and track your progress towards completing them
  • Kooth Journal: Use to track your mood changes as a result of things that happen throughout the week, helping you identify behaviours or events that tend to make you feel good as well as those that make you feel less positive
  • Kooth Chat and Messenger: For when you want to talk to Kooth's friendly online team of trained counsellors about anything that might be bothering you
