This service offers one-to-one individual counselling, young person's counselling and couples and families counselling. The therapists are either Person-centred or CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) which allows a range of services to fit the client's needs.

Each session runs for around 50 minutes and will be either weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your requirements. Our counselling service runs Monday 9am-7pm and Tuesday-Friday 9am-4pm

    A 1-1 mentoring service aimed at women who do not feel ready to attend a group. Women who are supported are met with staff who have patience, empathy and are provided with a safe environment to discuss their confidential issues.
