We offer a range of support to help you get the job, training or course you want. These include:

  • Personal Development: helping you identify skills and qualities; consider your aims in life and set goals to realise and maximise your potential
  • Employability Training : A series of training sessions with a focus around creating and improving CVs, writing techniques and styles for application forms, using job boards and sites, exploring the hidden job market and preparing for interviews.
  • Volunteering: We can provide opportunities for volunteering and placements, linked to SVQs and other industry-recognised qualifications which help build routine and structure and employability resilience, leading to development of work ready skills and an understanding of the workplace.
  • In Work Support: Offering one-to-one person-centred advice, guidance and interventions to support the sustainment of long term employment whilst offering the participants guidance to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
