We understand that people, and their families, want flexible, friendly, reliable support, which is with them through the good and not so good times.

Whether supporting people in their own home, their family home or in their community, we start by seeing the person first. We listen carefully to them to understand what they want from life and ensure they, and those closest to them, are at the heart of planning and making decisions about their support.

The support we offer can range from just a few hours a week, a few hours a day, to 24-hour support, including overnights. And we have experience of supporting people on a variety of funding arrangements including Self-directed Support (SDS).

Everyone is unique and people use their support in lots of different ways, depending on what they want to achieve in their lives, this can be things like:

  • Feeling safe and keeping well
  • Being as independent as possible
  • Having interesting things to do through work, leisure, and learning
  • Being connected with family and friends.
