Counselling for Children

Growing up should be fun but sometimes children need a little extra support when life becomes challenging. Counselling allows kids to explore their feelings and the issues that are troubling them such as family changes like parental divorce, problems with friends and other children, or issues at school like academic pressure.

Counselling for Young People

Our teenage years can be some of the most enjoyable but also some of the most challenging periods of our lives. Youth counselling offers young people aged 12 – 15 a safe place in which to explore the complex emotions and issues like relationships, sexuality, stress or anxiety that come with moving into adulthood.
