Our groups and services/activities run from Monday to Saturday, for some there is a pre-registration needed, some others are open to everyone.

Sample Timetable:

  • Gardening Club- Mondays 12.30-2pm
  • Drop in Service- Come along if you want to find out which services you can access, if you need help with forms or if you feel stuck with a problem in your life. Our volunteers will either help you directly or tell you where you can go with your problem. Tuesday 12.30-2.30PM.
  • Knitting Friday¬†10AM - 12PM
  • Community Meal Friday 12- 1.30PM
  • Exercise Class Friday 1.30 -2.30PM
  • Holiday Activity Programme (needs registration) for 8-18 year olds.

Don't forget to check with us before attending an activity/service/event as the times, locations and places available might vary and might be affected by the public holidays.

Transport costs can be covered for most services.
