Led by healthcare professionals, therapeutic practitioners and trained volunteers, parents and grandparents will be offered free wellbeing sessions where they can experience a range of therapies including yoga, mindfulness, massage, reiki, breath work and nutrition advice. Through these yoga, mindfulness and breathwork sessions, bereaved parents and grandparents will learn techniques to use to enhance their emotional resilience, strength and mindfulness.

    A 1-1 mentoring service aimed at women who do not feel ready to attend a group. Women who are supported are met with staff who have patience, empathy and are provided with a safe environment to discuss their confidential issues.
