Barnardo's Glasgow Education Family Support
Delivered by Barnardo's ScotlandAs a result of the Pupil Equity Funding received by schools from the Scottish Government, Barnardo’s has been commissioned to work within several primary schools to engage families more closely with their child’s learning and thus positively impact their attainment. There is a mix of both targeted and universal work in the school and community bespoke to each individual school.
• We work with children, young people and their families, on a one to one or group basis, using a variety of interventions, to identify needs and to achieve positive outcomes.
• We work in partnership with parents/carers to empower them and to enable them to achieve better outcomes for their children.
• We work co-operatively with children’s services, health agencies and other community based services, to provide the most effective service for children young people and families.

Delivered by RCA TrustRCA Trust provides free, confidential support for anyone affected by gambling-related harm across Glasgow and Scotland. We support people experiencing gambling harms, as well as affected family members and friends, through one-to-one support, counselling, recovery planning and groups. Self and professional referrals are welcome.

Chances - Gambling Support Service
Delivered by CyreniansChances offers 1-1 support to people aged 16+ across Scotland who are experiencing gambling harm due to their own gambling or someone else’s gambling. Support is available in-person, online & by phone. Chances also facilitates an online LGBT+ Gambling support group/drop-in and an aftercare support group for women in Edinburgh.
