• A support worker regularly visiting the person you care for so that you can take a short break.
• Someone visiting you for a short time so that you have the chance to talk to someone different.
• A sitter service, to allow the carer a break from their caring role
• Offering 1:1 support in social interests, hobbies and pastimes.

    At the Past Times Group some play games such as scrabble and dominoes, while others come for the chat. We enjoy having tea, coffee cakes, and biscuits and the group is made up of church folk and people from the local community.
