We help our service users handle telephone & email correspondence and other general administrative tasks related to our members’ diverse concerns, including: explaining energy bills and negotiating with energy providers, contacting GP services and providing English interpretation when required, assisting with DWP correspondence, completing a variety of forms, eg passport renewals.

Service is for minority ethnic communities, and are specifically aimed at older, disabled people and their carers.

Membership required which is £5 per year.

    Chances offers 1-1 support to people aged 16+ across Scotland who are experiencing gambling harm due to their own gambling or someone else’s gambling. Support is available in-person, online & by phone. Chances also facilitates an online LGBT+ Gambling support group/drop-in and an aftercare support group for women in Edinburgh.
