We have a wide range of sessions and activities for families residing in Drumchapel, Yoker and Knightswood, to take part in free of charge.

Pre-birth & baby classes:

Baby Beats - A fun-filled drop in session with music and wiggles for parents/carers with babies up to 1 year old.

Baby & Me - Drop in play session for new and expectant parents/carer and their babies. Refreshments are provided and this is suitable for pre-birth to 1 year old.

Baby Massage - 7 week course to participate in infant massage, meet other parents and learn about baby development. This is suitable for 6 weeks to 6 months old and booking is required.

Family Lunch - An opportunity for parents with children under 1 year old to meet with other families and enjoy a healthy lunch together

Toddlers & Children's classes:

- After school club with a wide range of fun activities and sensory play for children with additional support needs and their families.

Paint & Play - A fun and relaxing arts and crafts session for children aged 2-5 and their parents/carers.

Outdoor Play - We offer various Outdoor Play sessions including Little Forest Folk, our Muddy Buddies outdoor play holiday programme, John Muir Programme and one-to-one play sessions.

Parent Groups/Classes:

Family Support Worker based in St Clare's Primary School - Family Support Worker based in St Clare's Primary School two days a week providing family support services. 

One to One Support - individualised support where required including support plans, literacy support, home visits and outdoor play sessions. 

Drawing Together - A group for building friendships and being creative. This group is for adults only and will consist of arts and crafts, ad coffee and a chat.

Wellbeing Toolkit
- In collaboration with Parent Network Scotland, a course to help parents understand the importance of supporting their children to be calm and manage their emotions.

Fearless Triple P - Supports parents and helps them to learn new cognitive behavioural strategies for anxiety management and encouraging them to apply these to themselves for their children aged 6 -14 years old.

Triple P Support - Parents' group open to anyone who is doing, or has done, the Triple P programme.

Space Peer Support - Parents' group for parents/carers of children with additional support needs.

Mum's Night - Grab a bit of 'me' time!

Baby & Child First Aid - Suitable for expectant parents, and parents/carers of young children. Contact for dates and to reserve your place.
