Delivered by 2050 Climate Group
Note: Our premises are not open to the public.
Note: this service is only for young people
  • Environmental issues

We equip hundreds of young people between the ages of 18 and 35 in Scotland with the skills to take action on climate change in their personal, professional and civic lives. The programme is open to all young people and is free to take part in.

Over the course of a year, our Young Leaders attend 6 day-long training modules which cover:

  • Climate change knowledge - understanding the climate emergency and how climate change is impacting different areas of our lives, and identifying the key systemic and behavioural changes needed to transition to a more sustainable future.
  • Leadership skills - improving communication, understanding how to motivate and inspire others, with a goal to influence more climate-driven decision making.
