An independent charity, we provide support and information to people affected by crime and campaign for victim and witness rights. Regardless of whether a crime has been reported or when it happened, our services are free, confidential and tailored to individuals’ needs. Our services are available to everyone, regardless of age, disability, sex, gender identity, race, religion or belief, or sexual orientation.

Our support workers and volunteers are available to victims of crime and witnesses in person, over the phone and in the courts throughout Scotland. We support you no matter who you are, and no matter what the crime.
You can access our services regardless of whether you have reported the crime or not to the police. Our services are free, independent and confidential
