Time and Space is a unique service in Glasgow offering support and information to people who hear voices and people who self-harm and their supporters. We believe that it is possible to find a way to manage and live with your experiences.

At this group you can talk about your experience with voices and learn how to cope better. We can also offer open ended person centred counselling to members, by appointment.
