Our ‘Chai and Chat’ group provides a safe, friendly environment for you to meet other women in the community. You will learn new skills, build confidence and make new friends.

Our free one-to-one Advice Consultations can be about anything, from understanding a utility bill, to more complex welfare or immigration advice.
