Street Connect
We work in partnership with a range of local and national organisations and our current services include street outreach, drop in cafes, One-To-One support, group work including our community recovery programme, referrals to residential rehabilitation and aftercare support.

Our Drop-in cafés provide a safe space for people to access the support for their current needs and helps us build trustworthy relationships with those we serve. As well as providing a place to offer hope and opportunity of change, we also provide food and hot drinks, along with other practical support.
