Every week Indepen-dance runs creative movement classes for people with disabilities and their carers.

Note: this service is only for people with disabilities who live in Members only
Our Friday night social class is for those who would like to have a wider social aspect to the classes with the class going to the adjoining pub round the corner for a regular booth after class to socialise with the class and tutor (this is optional to attend).
