WCA Scotland is a feminist organisation and part of a worldwide movement of women leading change. Our vision is a world where every woman can shape her own life journey and fulfil her potential, where the voices of women are heard, respected and celebrated. We help to bring this about by creating empowering spaces for girls and young women to meet together in groups and clubs, activities and conversations.
YWCA Scotland’s Glasgow Centre is a warm and lively space for women seeking conversation, friendship and new learning opportunities.
The Glasgow Centre has built its reputation over many years as a learning centre responsive to the complex and changing needs of the diverse population of women in the city who are building and re-building their lives. It is focused on women in the city who are building and re-building their lives. It is focused on women who come together to open up and increase their life choices which may include work or study.
