Volunteer Glasgow - Young Persons Befriending Service

Volunteer Glasgow – Young Persons Befriending Service provides support to 8-18 year olds living in funded areas of Glasgow who may be experiencing difficult circumstances. The areas we cover are: North East Glasgow, South West Glasgow and part of the West of Glasgow, Drumchapel, Whiteinch, Scotstoun and Yoker. The service matches young people with highly trained and supported adult volunteers with the aim of increasing confidence, opportunities and developing a positive, fun relationship.

This service has achieved the Quality in Befriending Excellence award.
