Perhaps you're looking to support your staff, volunteers or the wider community with their mental health?
Let's TALK uses the 5 Ways to Wellbeing to promote recovery and self-care by Being Active; Connecting; Taking Notice; Learning and Giving. There is the opportunity to share lots of useful hints and tips online to help yourself and those around you, as well as signposting.
At the moment our free support is offered online through virtual drop ins and workshops but we're looking to start our face to face community engagement (through market stalls and workshops) as soon as it's safe.
