MUSICARES is the first national music project for care experienced young people in Scotland.
We provide free music tuition, workshops, mentoring and advice for care experienced young people all across the country.
We can offer any type of music tuition, from DJ and sound production, to guitar, singing/songwriting, drums, keyboard, or anything else that you might want to learn.
At MUSICARES we believe all young people should have access to instruments. We are delighted to partner with MUSICBROTH and 12 Guitars to offer access to instruments throughout Scotland.
At this time we have committed to the delivery of workshops and sessions using online technology wherever possible and will continue to provide online resources for young people to make music.
In light of recent developments Musicares has moved all one to one activity and group sessions with young people online.
Like other organisations we will monitor the situation and provide updates based on the advice of our board, funders and public heath officials.
