MindSafe is an affordable research and evidence-based tool. It helps schools support the mental wellbeing and resilience development of an individual child, class and whole Key Stage 2 school level through the use of mood tracking, journaling and conversation-support resources.
It's not just adults that can see their mental health suffering during the pandemic - children are suffering from severe disruption as a result of the closure of schools and may be struggling as a result.
Mindsafe is an online platform designed for children, and which is now free for schools and individuals parents to sign up for.
It includes a mood diary, journal and a talk function, with children able to request further support from a chosen adult.
