Knightswood Connects is a community project set up to share information and connect services with residents in Knightswood over the age of 50.
Knightswood Connects involves community groups, local organisations & the Health and Social Care Partnership.

Sign posting to services, groups, activities and organisations , encouraging seniors to connect socially to the community
