We are a network of local advice centres covering all of Scotland. Our expert advisors offer free; impartial advice on energy saving; keeping warm at home; and in this current times we are all working from home to continue to provide our service our mission is to help people in Scotland create warmer homes; reduce their bills and help tackle climate change.
we work with the 11 local Authorities through Strathclyde & Central and can link in and signpost and advice on support not only we can provided but other organisations.
we work with over 1000 partners across the whole of Scotland and they refer into using our portal; or signpost customers to our support: Scottish fire & rescue; McMillian Cancer support; SPEN Energy networks; Chest Heart & stroke Scotland; and also at a local level; in each of the local authorities
