Glasgow Mutual Aid is an unincorporated group of individual volunteers - you should expect the same level of support you might ask from a neighbour.

Our volunteers do their best to be available 10am-2pm on weekdays. Outside these hours give a missed call or voicemail and we will return it. Any message you leave until 5pm will be checked and replied to the same day. At the weekend phonelines are closed, but we check messages at 4pm.
