We are committed to supporting the wellbeing of young people age 12-23 yrs at no cost.
We aim to make wellbeing programmes that nourish the whole person more accessible by providing a variety of activities for adults and young people in our Wellbeing Centre. Live in person events and virtual live sessions are offered and training support for other organisations designed to enhance each person's mental, emotional, physical health and wholeness.
Cultivating Mindfulness offer a number of training courses and 1:2:1 sessions online and by telephone for both adults and young people aged 12-19 years who are affected by anxiety, stress and depression. During lockdown our online courses will be delivered via ZOOM and run for 4 and 8 weeks blocks in a live group setting. These courses are designed to reduce anxiety, stress, isolation and increase levels of wellbeing and resilience. 1:2:1 sessions take place online and by telephone. Referrals by partner organisations and self referrals are accepted by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
