Cultivating Mindfulness provides training programmes that provide a beneficial effect on mental and physical health by delivering mindfulness meditation courses, workshops and 1:2:1 sessions for young people and adults affected by anxiety, stress and depression.
Cultivating Mindfulness offer a number of training courses and 1:2:1 sessions online and by telephone for both adults and young people aged 12-19 years who are affected by anxiety, stress and depression. During lockdown our online courses will be delivered via ZOOM and run for 4 and 8 weeks blocks in a live group setting. These courses are designed to reduce anxiety, stress, isolation and increase levels of wellbeing and resilience. 1:2:1 sessions take place online and by telephone. Referrals by partner organisations and self referrals are accepted by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
