Community Connectors: supporting older people to take positive steps to improve health & well-being; increase social interaction and enjoy a more vibrant; independent life within the community.

Covid-19 Specific Support

n response to the current COVID-19 pandemic; the Community Connectors Service has altered it’s current service provision. We’ve suspended home visits however; we will continue to provide a telephone service on various levels including welfare checks and referrals to available services.
