Church House, Bridgeton seeks to build positive relationships with the children and young people. The facilities and activities of Churchy help enable our staff and volunteers to get alongside and encourage our young members to grow and develop, at their own pace, into young adults.
It is hoped that the influence of Churchy will help them to recognise their own abilities, gifts and talents and to become more able to make choices and decisions affecting their future.
We offer a variety of programmes including:
Due to the current restrictions we cannot currently run groups for those in S1 and above. Therefore starting 18th Jan 2021, Church House will be offering the chance for young people in S1+ who currently attend a group at Churchy to take up the opportunity of one-to-one catch up sessions with churchy staff if needed. These sessions can be used as a chance to simply go a wander in the local area and have a catch up with the youth work team about life or they can be based in the churchy garden where a catch up or homework support can be provided.
Please remember all our plans are subject to change with any changes to Covid guidelines
