We are an independent organisation that provides free; confidential advice and information on a range of issues including: benefits - debt - employment - energy - housing - immigration

Covid-19 Specific Support

Advice and assistance is being provided by telephone and email Monday to Friday 9 - 4pm. Advice concerning claiming benefits; furlough issues; self employment concerns; maintaining utility services including broadband; debt concerns and issues with landlords are some of the support provided by the bureau. Updates and useful links concerning Covid 19 are also being posted on twitter.
