Discover organisations around Glasgow

Glasgow Council for the Voluntary Sector (GCVS) has brought together this directory of support organisations to ensure that people get the help they need.

Glasgow summer holiday activity programme 2021

Over 100 voluntary sector organisations are offering holiday activities and/or food for children, young people and families in Glasgow this summer. We’ve created a spreadsheet to show what’s on in each area of the city. Find out more and download from the GCVS website here

If you would like have your organisation’s activities included in the listing, contact everyoneschildren@gcvs.org.uk

1, 2, 3 Steps to Finding the Right Organisation

We have an advanced search tool that allows you to filter our directory neighbourhood, service and service user group.

As you type into the search boxes you will find that the dropdown automatically provides suggestions for you. You can add as many options as you like to each field.

Leave one of the filter options blank in order to view all results in that category.

Once you find a list of organisations you can print them off for future reference, or start contacting them directly by email or phone.

To Add Your Organisation, Group or Social Enterprise

  • If your voluntary sector organisation, group or social enterprise provides supports to communities in Glasgow and you would like to be included on Glasgow Helps, there are a few simple steps:
  1.        Check whether your organisation is listed
  2.       Register to create an account for the person who wants to input and update your organisation’s details
  3.       If your organisation is not already listed, create a listing, submit and we will approve it
  4.       If your organisation is listed, look to see if you can ‘claim’ that listing.  There may be a button to do this or if not email sectordev@gcsv.org.uk
