Glasgow Helps

Glasgow Helps is changing

Glasgow Helps was designed quickly during the pandemic to help people find support in their communities. It's been a great tool but we know it's not perfect and we're investing in a new site with better features to help you discover all the great services out there in the city. We hope to launch sometime in April 2023 so please come back to see what we have in store.

Do you need an extra bit of help?

There is now a telephone based service set up to work directly with the people of Glasgow.
It offers free, confidential support, information and advice for citizens on a wide range of issues. They'll listen to what you need, what your aims are and work with you to help you access the right support services, at the right time and in the right place.

For more information, give them a call to discuss the support available for you and your family.

They are able to make arrangements for an interpreter if required.

To Add Your Organisation, Group or Social Enterprise

  1.        Check whether your organisation is listed
  2.       Register to create an account for the person who wants to input and update your organisation’s details
  3.       If your organisation is not already listed, create a listing, submit and we will approve it
  4.       If your organisation is listed, look to see if you can ‘claim’ that listing.  There may be a button to do this or if not email sectordev@gcsv.org.uk
